Beginning February 1, 2010, trash collection in the City of Orange will be handled by CR&R, Inc - a move that will give Orange residents the lowest waste collection rates in the County and businesses the second lowest rates in the County. In advance of the new service, starting Monday, January 25, CR&R will begin delivering new residential carts to each household. The carts will be delivered on the regular designated trash collection day and will include an informational tag about CR&R’s services.
