New Trash Collection Service to Begin February 1
News Image Beginning February 1, 2010, trash collection in the City of Orange will be handled by CR&R, Inc - a move that will give Orange residents the lowest waste collection rates in the County and businesses the second lowest rates in the County.  In advance of the new service, starting Monday, January 25, CR&R will begin delivering new residential carts to each household.  The carts will be delivered on the regular designated trash collection day and will include an informational tag about CR&R’s services.

Residential Permit Parking Areas
If you reside in a residential area where permits are required for on street vehicle parking, permits will be expiring on 12/31/2009.  New permits will be available at the Police Department starting 12/14/2009.

News Image Through a grant funded by the California Integrated Waste Management Board, Orange residents can arrange to have used motor oil and filters collected for free simply by calling Curbside, Inc. at 1-800-449-7587 and arrange for an appointment.
