Thanks to the efforts of Eichler residents, the three Eichler Tracts in Orange (Fairhaven, Fairhills, and Fairmeadow) have been identified as potential historic districts. In response to residents' enthusiasm for their homes, we are working on local historic district designation and design standards for these unique neighborhoods.
