TRASH/RECYCLING
The City of Orange contracts with Waste Management for trash/recycle hauling services. To begin trash services, please contact the City of Orange Utility Billing Department. Orange residents can safely and easily dispose of used motor oil by calling the Residential Used Oil Collection Hotline to schedule a FREE pickup at your home, call (800) 449-7587. If you prefer to properly dispose of your used motor oil yourself, call the above number and ask the operator for the location of a "certified collection center" nearest you.
