The elevations should show all sides of each building (dimensioned building width and height, finished floor elevations, etc.) including exterior finish materials (i.e. split-face block, tilt -up concrete, wood siding, etc.), architectural detailing, building colors, and depth of architectural transition. Show screening of roof mounted mechanical equipment (indicate materials used). Also required are photographs of existing development, the project site and surrounding property, a color and material board, and a colored rendering of all four sides of the building(s).
