| Classes and the Progress Community Services Department offers numerous classes for all ages. They include activities, martial arts, dance, fitness, sports, camps, aquatics, arts and crafts, gymnastics and special interest. The Progress is a City News and Recreation magazine that lists all the classes and programs that Community Services Department currently offers. Current copies of the Orange Progress can be picked up from any of the City of Orange public libraries and the Community Services Department located at 230 E. Chapman Ave., Orange, 92866. Non-residents are welcome to register for our recreation classes! Fall 2008 The Fall Progress is here and it has information about programs, events, and recreation classes taking place September through December. A copy of the Progress will be mailed to all Orange residents the week of 7/28/08. A viewable copy of the Progress has been posted below. Copies are available at the Community Services building, Civic Center, and Orange Public Libraries. - Mail-in/Fax-in registration will be accepted Monday, August 11, 2008. - Walk-in registration begins Friday, August 29, 2008 at the City of Orange Community Services office, 230 E. Chapman Ave.
- Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first received basis.
