On January 25, 2012 acting as the Board of Directors of the Orange Redevelopment Agency, the Agency approved adoption of a Third Amendment to the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS). Below are links to the original EOPS document, and the three Amendments, as approved by the Orange Redevelopment Agency Board:
Assembly Bill 26 (AB 26) established new legislation to dissolve redevelopment agencies effective February 1, 2012. A significant part of this dissolution process is the preparation of the Initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) by the Successor Agency no later than March 1, 2012. The ROPS lists all enforceable obligations listed that are legally binding and enforceable agreements or contracts of the former Orange Redevelopment Agency, including those necessary for the continued administration of the Successor Agency to wind down the former Agency. The Initial ROPS and each subsequent ROPS are intended to be forward looking to the next six months.
