In commemoration of Earth Day 2013, the City of Orange and your trash and recycling provider, CR&R, will give away two FREE bags of compost for each residential CR&R account.
According to a recent study, one cubic foot of compost provides the same value as $20.00 worth of fertilizers and soil amendments. Compost is the elixir that benefits the soil to promote plant vitality, soil drainage and moisture absorption.
