Set to upbeat music, this 9-week fun outdoor aquatics exercise program offers you a full body cardio workout designed to help sustain and improve joint mobility, tone muscles, increase endurance, and burn calories.  Details will be available in the Summer issue of Our Orange.

Thursdays, June 20 - August 15, 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
*No class will be held on July 4, 2019 (May take 1 make up class on any Tuesday)
