At the November 13, 2018 meeting, the City Council approved historic district designations for the three Orange Eichler tracts (Fairhaven, Fairhills, and Fairmeadow) and adopted the Orange Eichler Design Standards. The Council recognized the neighborhoods' significance for Mid-Century Modern architecture and community design and residents' enthusiasm for their homes. Thank you to the Eichler residents for your support for this effort!
