Orange County Recycling Market Development Zone

In 1990, the State of California adopted Senate Bill 2310, which established the Recycling Market Development Zone program.                    

In 2015,  Orange formed the Orange County Recycling Market Development Zone by Council action with five other cities and unincorporated Orange County with Huntington Beach acting as the leady agency. For additional information please click here.
