El día de los niños, El día de los libros (Día) Children’s Day, Book Day is a collaboration of national, state and local library and literacy organizations, educators, publishers and readers creatively promoting the sharing of bookjoy, the private pleasure of reading—and its importance. This year marks the 25th anniversary of children’s author, Pat Mora’s, wonderful Día event. Explore this website to watch a storytime, download coloring and activity sheets, and learn how you can get a free book and craft kit.
