The City is in the process of preparing its Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) 2022-2023 program year. CDBG funds are used to build stronger and more resilient communities through programs that support infrastructure, economic development, public facilities, community centers, housing rehabilitation and public services.
HOME funds can be used for activities that include the building, buying, or rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or homeownership. For the 2022-2023 program year, the City is expecting to receive approximately 1.6 million in CDBG and $457,125 in HOME funds.
