  1. Take and Make Coloring Kit for Adults (Main)

    Adults may pick up a coloring kit at the Orange Public Library & History Center Information Desk or 2nd Floor Adult Reference Desk from May 3 to 8. Each kit contains coloring pages from books designed for adults along with colored pencils and a sharpener. Then you are invited to attend a virtual coloring and conversation meeting to have fun with others. Registration is required to attend the virtual program.

    You may also join by phone. Zoom meeting and phone access information will be sent to all registered participants in advance. Take and Make Coloring Kit Meet and Greet Tuesday, May 11, from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Registration form will close when the program is full.

  1. Code Your Own Video Game With MakeCode Arcade (online)

    Use block-based coding to create a video game with MakeCode Arcade. Learn fundamental game and coding concepts like sprites, variables, and coordinates.

    By the end of the two hour workshop, students will have:

    -Learned and used key game design and coding concepts.
    -Coded a playable game.
    -Published their game via a URL so they can continue to play and develop it after the camp.

  1. Teen Terrarium Take & Make

    April 26, 2021 - May 7, 2021 @ Orange Public Library & History Center

    Teens grades 7-12 can pick up a Take & Make Kit to create their own terrarium. Requiring very little space and water, terrariums are perfect for celebrating spring or as a gift for mom. Make and decorate your own tiny garden in a few simple steps using provided materials.

    Stop by the Information Desk at the Orange Public Library & History Center between Monday, April 26 and Friday, May 7. While supplies last. Teens must be present to pick up a craft kit.
