The City of Orange's trash, recyclables and green waste are collected by CR&R Incorporated, the City's trash hauler. Public Works Department staff consult CR&R about trash collection for development sites and provide project input regarding trash enclosure requirements, collection logistics, and recycling requirements.

A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be prepared that includes a generation estimate for trash, recycling, and organics (TRO Estimate) in cubic yards per week. For customer service, including establishing service call CR&R Incorporated Customer Care at (714) 372-8272.
