2. Open the app and sign up.
3. Link your card(s) or skip this step.
4. Select Orange, Ca as your community.
5. Shop at any of the City of Orange’s 600+ local businesses in the program and earn 5% cash back into your Open Rewards account. So easy!
6. To earn rewards, use your linked card(s) or upload a receipt of your purchase to the app.

• Cash rewards must be redeemed within three months of purchase.
• Redeem your cash back rewards via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or request a check.

• $100 reward cap per transaction.
• $500 rewards cap per individual.
