Are dogs allowed in the park?
Yes, with the exception of the Orange Dog Park, all dogs visiting Orange parks must remain on a 6-foot leash and be with their owner at all times.
Are jumpers (bounce houses) allowed in the City of Orange parks?
Yes, standard single bounce houses are allowed in most Orange parks however, you must obtain a permit at least one week prior to your event date. The permit cost is $30 and a deposit of $50 is required. Please note: unauthorized vehicles may not drive into the parks to unload. Bounce houses must be hand-carted in and accompanied by their own generator. They may not be placed in an area of the park that obstructs sidewalks or walkways

Can I obtain a park permit or make a reservation if I am not a City of Orange resident?
Yes, we encourage visitors of Orange to enjoy our beautiful parks and amenities. Although non-resident rates apply, the permit rules and policies are the same as for our residents.
Can I pay for a class online?
Online registration is easy, and provides immediate enrollment confirmation. Payments may be made with a MasterCard or Visa credit card only. Your credit statement will show payment to the City of Orange. Register for a Class Online.

How can I check park facility reservation availability?
Please call the Community Services Department at (714) 744-7274 for park availability. Provide the name of the park, facility, and preferred date. Reservations must be made in person at 230 E. Chapman Ave, 92866 (office hours are 7:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and alternating Fridays.) Please note: we do not hold park space, all permit fees and deposits are due at the time of reservation, and permits are issued on a first-come, first-reserved basis.
How can I get a copy of your Our Orange magazine?
Copies of Our Orange magazine are mailed directly to Orange residents on a quarterly basis. If you are an Orange resident and not receiving your copy, you should speak with your mail carrier. Yes, the Orange Dog Park is located at Yorba Park - 190 S. Yorba Street, 92867. The Dog Park is open from 7:00 a.m. to dusk daily, with the exception of Wednesdays when the park is closed for maintenance.
What activities do you offer for children?

What are your pool hours?

What do I bring to obtain a permit and/or make a reservation?
If you are a resident of Orange, please bring proof of residency with you such as a current bill or car registration to receive the resident rates, which are slightly lower than non-resident rates. Driver’s license or check address are not acceptable. Please note, all permit fees and deposits are required when making the reservation, excluding Senior Center reservations.
When does the Sports Center at Grijalva Park have their open gym hours for basketball?
Open gym at the Sports Center at Grijalva Park is available to the general public Monday and Friday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost to play is $2 a person, per day. First-time participants 17 and younger are required to bring a parent/legal guardian prior to playing. Hours and days are subject to change without notice.
